If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
The only time we offer refunds is if you request a refund before the item has shipped.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment) minus a 20% minimum handling and administrative fee and a potential consultation fee if we spent over 30 minutes handling your consultation needs.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

We do not offer refunds for any other reason.  

By purchasing from us you agree that you will not initiate a charge back and if you do you will concede.  If you do initiate a charge back you will be affecting our ability to help hundreds of people with their situations by interfering with our ability to process payments.  We will turn your account over to collections and if your bill is not paid it will likely end up on your credit report and affect your credit score.

Damaged Product

In the event of receiving damaged goods we will gladly replace and reship replacements of the damaged items for free of charge.  Please take a picture or video of the damaged items as evidence and email it to us at info@scitoxdetox.com.  

IN ANY CASE, SHIPPING IS NONREFUNDABLE.  In some cases, if product is reported damaged by shipping company and you no longer need it, instead of us reshipping it you may choose a partial refund in which we can refund all but a $100 administrative fee (or other amount determined by us) for handling of the matter and our efforts leading up to this point.  We reserve the right to withhold this option.  By use of our site and purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.  If you ordered a system and one or two of the several products arrived damaged, you can send us a picture of the damage and if we approve, we will send you replacement items free of charge.

Shipping
All shipping costs are NONREFUNDABLE.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product has been turned over to the shipping provider.  If a shipment is running late we will help to offset the cost of a new shipment by subtracting the cost of the original shipment from the cost of the new shipment unless the shipment is running late due to weather, at which point you would be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement shipment.  You would also need to send the extra products back when you receive them.  If you don't we may initiate a collections process to recoup the costs.

In the unlikely event you fail you can choose to have extra products sent to you free of charge because you probably just missed the mark and only need a couple more washes to get below cutoff.  You will not fail significantly if you do.  Our products wipe over 95% of your use every time and that is a fact.  So even if you fail your first test you will easily pass a second test with a few extra steps.  A passing result can be much more beneficial for you than money back so before you let yourself get upset take a deep breath and tell yourself "okay I failed but barely but I can test again in a week and pass this time."  We will be there to customize your plan based on your levels so that you'll be sure to pass this time.

If you purchased a hair detox product after April 20, 2024 and purchase and use the product(s) that are recommended for your situation after a consultation with us and there is proof by way of text or chat of recommendation and you happen to be the 1 out of 1000 that fail we will return your purchase price minus shipping charges and a 35% administration, handling & consultation fee for all products, except those for THC which will be charged a 45% fee, upon showing us your official test results.  It's that easy.  We don't require a pre-test and a post-test like other companies or have deceptive language that really means we'll refund you if there's no change to your levels at all.  We do this because we know that you'll most likely pass and that with us you have the guaranteed best chance at passing as we are invested in your success!  

OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A REFUND.  IT IS A COURTESY REIMBURSEMENT OF MOST OF YOUR PAYMENT FOR OUR PRODUCTS SO THAT YOU'RE NOT OUT TOO MUCH MONEY IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF THE RARE PEOPLE WHO DON'T RECEIVE THE RESULT YOU WANT.  WE ARE STILL A BUSINESS AND HAVE TO BE REASONABLE.  THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU DID OR DIDN'T DO SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE AFFECTED THE OUTCOME.  IF YOU SKIPPED A STEP OR WERE USING A SUBSTANCE RIGHT BEFORE GOING IN FOR YOUR TEST ETC.  REGARDLESS YOUR CHANCES OF SUCCESS ARE SO GOOD WITH OUR PRODUCTS THAT WE ARE WILLING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY RARE FOR SOMEONE TO GET RESULTS THAT WARRANT THEM WANTING MONEY BACK.  

THIS IS A FAVOR TO YOU BECAUSE WE WOULDNT WANT TO SPEND A BUNCH OF MONEY AND NOT GET THE OUTCOME WE HOPED FOR.  AND WE KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE USED ANOTHER PRODUCT YOU HAVE LIKELY ALREADY SPENT MONEY AND NOT RECEIVED THE OUTCOME YOU WERE PROMISED.

HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE RUDE, THREATENING, OR ABUSIVE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TELL YOU TO GO FUCK YOURSELF AND NOT GIVE YOU SHIT BACK. WE GO OUT OF OUR WAY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO A FAULT AND WILL ALWAYS BE REASONABLE UNLESS YOU ARE UNREASONABLE.

We can likely process your guarantee as soon as you send us proof but in very rare instances it may take up to 60 days to process your money back.  We appreciate your patience as we are navigating hurdles in a new business.

Exceptions to Money Back Guarantee: 

Testing positive for the parent drug and not the metabolite is not considered a true positive result and thus we do not offer money back for such results.  {Examples:  Testing positive for methamphetamine but not amphetamine.  Testing positive for cocaine but not norcocaine, cocaethylene, benzoylecognine etc.  Testing positive for fentanyl but not norfentanyl etc. } This does not indicate ingestion of a substance and is likely due to exposure / external contamination and most relevant labs and organizations consider this a non-contact positive aka positive due to external contamination/ exposure.  Often times it can even result from failures in laboratory equipment or analytical processes; in other words, it can be a false positive.  This is relatively common for methamphetamine and cocaine although many labs will try to deny it.  Hair testing is NOT an exact science and results are intended to be interpreted, taking into account all available information, in order to come to a determination or likely conclusion based on the full picture.  

We don't offer money back guarantees to packages shipped outside of the United States. We don't offer money back guarantees on any "no bleach" systems or if you do not use the bleach system unless previously discussed and approved for your situation by text or chat.  We do not give money back if you used a standard or HeavyTOX system in less than 24 hours or a Long Hair/ Ultra HeavyTOX system for a "double recommendation" in less than 4 days (even though its generally just as effective). 

For THC we always recommend the optimized bleach and developer step as THC is the hardest substance to remove from the hair, especially in a short time.  Plenty of people have passed for THC without the bleach option but it is much safer to use it and thus we do not offer money back if you choose to not use it.  We also do not give money back if the bleach step is not used for methamphetamine use.  We also do not offer money back guarantees if product is used on facial or body hair because it is much more difficult to penetrate in order to cleanse.  Many people have still passed using the system on body hair but it is highly recommended not to if you have the option.  It usually requires more treatments and you should get personalized suggestions for your individual situation.  You must take your test within 30 days of the date of purchase of the system.  We must have proof of our recommendation in text or chat communication with you in order to keep everyone honest.  We reserve the right to adjust our money back percentage if there are obvious inconsistencies, red flags, or signs of friendly fraud.  Or for any other reason. It is ultimately at our discretion but if it is abused it will be revoked.
