Refunds
The only time we offer refunds is if you request a refund before the item has shipped.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment) minus a 20% minimum handling and administrative fee and a potential consultation fee if we spent over 30 minutes handling your consultation needs.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
By purchasing from us you agree that you will not initiate a charge back and if you do you will concede. If you do initiate a charge back you will be affecting our ability to help hundreds of people with their situations by interfering with our ability to process payments. We will turn your account over to collections and if your bill is not paid it will likely end up on your credit report and affect your credit score.
Damaged Product
If a product arrives damaged we will gladly replace it and re ship it free of charge. However, you must send us photographic evidence.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you ordered a system and one or two of the several products arrived damaged, you can send us a picture of the damage and if we approve, we will send you replacement items free of charge.
Shipping
All shipping costs are NONREFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product has been turned over to the shipping provider. If a shipment is running late we will help to offset the cost of a new shipment by subtracting the cost of the original shipment from the cost of the new shipment unless the shipment is running late due to weather, at which point you would be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement shipment. You would also need to send the extra products back when you receive them. If you don't we may initiate a collections process to recoup the costs.

If you purchased a hair detox product after April 20, 2024 and purchase and use the product(s) that are recommended for your situation after a consultation with us and there is proof by way of text or chat of recommendation and you happen to be the 1 out of 1000 that fail we will refund your purchase price minus shipping charges and a 35% administration, handling & consultation fee for all products, except those for THC which will be charged a 45% fee, upon showing us your official test results. It's that easy. We don't require a pre-test and a post-test like other companies or have deceptive language that really means we'll refund you if there's no change to your levels at all. We do this because we know that you'll most likely pass and that with us you have the guaranteed best chance at passing as we are invested in your success!
We can likely process your guarantee as soon as you send us proof but in very rare instances it may take up to 60 days to process your money back. We appreciate your patience as we are navigating hurdles in a new business.
Exceptions:
We don't offer money back guarantees to packages shipped outside of the United States. We don't offer money back guarantees on any "no bleach" systems or if you do not use the bleach system unless previously discussed and approved for your situation by text or chat. For THC we always recommend the optimized bleach and developer step as THC is the hardest substance to remove from the hair, especially in a short time. Plenty of people have passed for THC without the bleach option but it is much safer to use it and thus we do not offer money back if you choose to not use it. We also do not offer money back guarantees if product is used on facial or body hair because it is much more difficult to penetrate in order to cleanse. Many people have still passed using the system on body hair but it is highly recommended not to if you have the option. It usually requires more treatments and you should get personalized suggestions for your individual situation. You must take your test within 30 days of the date of purchase of the system. We must have proof of our recommendation in text or chat communication with you in order to keep everyone honest. We reserve the right to adjust our money back percentage if there are obvious inconsistencies, red flags, or signs of friendly fraud. It is ultimately at our discretion but if it is abused it will be revoked.
